Love Connection was the first successful game show to pair love with
video. Available singles fill out their personal profiles identifying
their likes/dislikes in the opposite sex. The studio audience is then
shown 3 candidates and vote to select the 'right' guy/girl. The lucky
couple is sent on a blind date and return to air their joys or grievances on-camera.
