SWEEPSTAKES AND CONTESTS

Periodically, Nick at Nite/TV Land Online conducts sweepstakes, contests or other promotions, which may require that the user provide some personally identifiable information in order to enroll. However, only a users first name and e-mail address are collected when enrolling in a specified all-ages Nick at Nite/TV Land Online sweepstakes or contest, and Nick at Nite and TV Land make it clear why the information is being collected. In cases of contests requiring entrants to be 18 years of age or older, more information may be requested. Information collected from promotions is used in two ways:

*to contact winners
*to better inform Nick at Nite and TV Land Online about its users in the aggregate. For example, Nick at Nite and TV Land may collect information such as the percentage of visitors that have visited the Brady Bunch area online. However Nick at Nite/ TV Land does not seek out or utilize personally identifiable information from users who visited the Brady Bunch area.

COOKIE TECHNOLOGY

Cookie technology is useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system. This information helps Nickelodeon create the best possible experience for the user. Any personally identifiable information collected by cookies and/or other future technologies will be used in the aggregate.
