We've spent some time putting together the answers to our most frequently asked questions. So, before you send your e-mails, please read what's here and see if we've answered your question.

As always, if you're writing with a programming suggestion or comment, l will happily pass it along. But since there are millions of you, I won't be able to write back to each one individually. (Whether you say, "Will you ever show..." "How about..." "Any chance..." or "I would like..." it's a programming suggestion, and it will be noted, but not responded to individually—sorry.)

Please only send your e-mail once. Because of the volume of e-mail we receive, duplicates are automatically deleted.

If you write to ask when a specific show or specific episode of a show will air, I can only refer you to our website's Schedules Online. If you do not see a show listed in the weekly schedule there, it is not scheduled at this time.

Scroll down, read it all, and thanks for joining us on-air and online,

Nick at Nite & TV Land's
Postmaster Steve

WHY DO YOU KEEP AIRING THE SAME 31 EPISODES OF CHINA BEACH?

China Beach is one of our library dipping titles as opposed to a regular acquisition. This means we only have access to the episodes we are currently airing. We plan to keep the show in our lineup through September using the episodes we have.

WHERE CAN I SEND A REWIND IF I FOUND ONE?

To all of our eagle-eyed Rewind watchers, thank you for watching so closely all this time. We are no longer producing Rewind spots, so you don't need to send them in anymore. A big smile and pat on the back to all of you who caught so many gaffs, goofs and blunders in the television shows we love so well.

I HEARD THAT FAST-TALKING GUY SAY SOMETHING ABOUT MY FAVORITE SHOWS COMING TO TV LAND, HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS?
We know you're watching and listening (and really fast too) because everyone is asking about new shows coming to TV Land. We have announced which shows are coming (or moving to) TV Land so that everyone can share in the excitement. When are the shows coming specifically? Well, we don't have an exact date yet so you will have to stay tuned. Remember, viewers who sign up to be TV Land Insiders always get news and information first, so maybe now would be a good time to sign up. Go to http://www.nick-at-nite.com/insider/

WHY DID I READ IN A NEWSGROUP THAT YOU ARE REMOVING EMERGENCY! AND OTHER '70s PROGRAMMING FROM YOUR LINEUP?
It has come to our attention that someone is posting false information in various newsgroups. Here is the truth: '70s shows are not being pulled. Emergency!, Dragnet and Adam-12 are still on our schedule in September.

WHAT HAPPENED TO PETTICOAT JUNCTION, FAMILY AFFAIR, GREEN ACRES AND OTHER SHOWS I LOVED?

All of the shows on TV Land and Nick at Nite are acquired programs. These programs are owned by various distributors who license them to us for a limited amount of time. These license periods are dictated by the distributors, and once a show's license expires the network is no longer permitted to air the program. Sadly, this is the case with many shows. Other times, shows simply move in and out of rotation on our schedules. But don't despair, if one of your favorites is no longer on our daily schedule, and we still have it, you have a good chance of catching an episode for a special event, like a marathon or a Box Set!

WHY DO I GET THESE AUTOMATIC RESPONSES TO MY E-MAILS?
TV Land and Nick at Nite generate thousands of letters every month from viewers like you! We do read every e-mail we receive, and although we try our best, we just can't respond to all of them. Whenever viewers write to us, they will automatically receive from one to three automatically generated responses which contain news or information they would not get otherwise. Most viewers find this information helpful and informative. Each e-mail you send will generate these responses.
Another factor may be affecting our ability to respond to your e-mail: if you have Web-TV, be sure your "spam filter" is turned OFF or we won't be able to reply to your letter!
